Passionate about social justice and human rights, Me Lafond has worked on human rights files, some majors, before specializing in labour law and labour relations in both national and international settings. Her passion for foreign cultures and languages has brought her to travel extensively. Her years of experience working for international and community organizations have allowed Me Lafond to develop her intellectual capabilities as well as her relational abilities in human rights. Her experience as a union advisor has allowed her to further develop her expertise in labour law and labour relations, including in the field of workplace investigations.
