Marc Beaudry's professional career has led him to play a crucial role within the Commission des normes du travail du Québec, a body responsible for overseeing the application of the Act respecting labour standards. With more than 25 years of experience, he has worked in various positions within the organization, from his beginnings as an intern to the position of Director of Legal Affairs.
He has been actively involved in important legal projects, including the implementation of the provisions on psychological harassment in the workplace in 2004, and has contributed to the evolution of the concepts of sexual harassment and violence in the workplace. He has also worked with the courts to implement alternative dispute resolution in the workplace, such as mediation and conciliation.
