A graduate of Université de Montréal's Industrial Relations program, Catherine Chevrette has nearly 30 years' experience in human resources and strategic consulting for employees and managers, including nearly 20 years as a consultant to SMEs and large corporations. She also acts as a mediator and investigator in cases of psychological harassment.
She also has extensive expertise in implementing pay equity programs. Since 2018, the Ministry of Labour has entrusted her with the mandate of representing employers at the table of the parity advisory committee on pay equity of CNESST.
Since 1994, she has worked in all areas of human resources management and labour relations, and as a specialist in harassment prevention, investigation and workplace civility.
