Geneviève Breton has practiced her career as a lawyer in various fields, including as a freelance lawyer and then for an organization that advocated the protection of the public. In recent years, she has reoriented her career and has been called upon to handle numerous investigation files, particularly in the areas of psychological harassment, sexual harassment and workplace violence. This experience led her to develop her ability to deal with complex and strategic files in the workplace, in addition to acquiring knowledge and mastery of the laws governing harassment and violence in the workplace. She has also given several trainings on respect and civility in the workplace in various companies and organizations, both to managers and employees.
